Coaches Package Pickup & Registration

A few important reminders:

• Teams must register before their first game.
  Coaches Check-in is being held Thursday January 19 from 6 to 9pm at the Northeast Sportsplex (5206 68 St NE Calgary)

• • Bring a copy of your official roster!
    Volunteers will be verifying rosters, running through important information and distributing coaches packages.
  • Please contact your Association Registrar for your official roster.  If you do not have an official roster you will be required to provide documentation to explain the situation.
  • If you are an out-of-town team and not in Calgary until Friday, you can do your team registration BEFORE your first game on Friday.  You will need to come to the Control Centre at the Northeast Sportsplex. Please make arrangements with tournament organizers in advance for when you’ll be there, or you could be waiting!
• Please verify your tournament schedule as there have been a couple small updates made.
• Please familiarize yourself with the tournament rules. The rules include specifics for player affiliates as well as modifications for the AS and U10 divisions.
• The tournament information page outlines requirements for minor officials amongst other topics.
