Thank you for providing volunteers to help run YOUR tournament!

Your volunteers are critical to the smooth operation of this tournament – please ensure that your volunteers are prepared to follow through with their commitment. If an individuals availability changes, it is the responsibility of the TEAM to ensure that a replacement is provided. A fine of $100 will be levied against teams for any volunteer who does not show up for their shift.

Every Calgary team must supply the following:

• AS and U10 – 5 Arena Volunteers
• U12 – 3 Arena Volunteers, 1 Timekeeper and 1 Scorekeeper.
• U14 and up – 2 Arena Volunteers, 1 Timekeeper, 1 Scorekeeper and 1 Shot Clock Operator

Note that not all volunteers will necessarily be used.

These volunteers do not replace the MINOR OFFICIALS (scorekeepers, timekeepers, penalty box workers) every team must supply for their round robin, quarter-final and semi-final games.

NOTE: Do not just fill your name in for all volunteer positions.  We use this information to ensure that tournament volunteers receive thanks and to contact people if we need to during the tournament.  Putting your name in all slots will produce an error and you will have to provide the correct information.
